Refund Policy
All returns are subject to approval and must be made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for the cost of $10 shipping your return items) + $5 processing fee (which will be deducted from the original payment amount) and all fees and shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon approval, a shipping label will be emailed to you. Please see required criteria below:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unopened and unused.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT FREE EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON ORDERS PLACED UNDER A SALES PROMOTION. (I.E BOGO, 50% OFF, BOG2, etc.) Exchanges and returns are available for items purchased at FULL-PRICE.
Exchanges
We offer a ONE-TIME FREE EXCHANGE service to all paid purchases, excluding promotional items. If you accept this offer, all future refund requests will be forfeited for that order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we'll gladly ship a brand new item to you. *However, if the customer breaks, damage the product while in usage, refunds will not be granted.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). . We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
14-day reflection period in the European Union
Without prejudice to the above, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
